Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be completed before sending the product back.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
