We ask that you try our product for at least 14 days to allow your body to adapt and experience the full benefits. If after 14 days you are still not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@liftrion-usa.com.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in good condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be completed before sending the product back.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or develops defects within 60 days:

  • Contact us at support@liftrion-usa.com with photos or videos of the issue.

  • Well arrange a free replacement.

  • You will not need to return the defective item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was marked delivered, please contact us at support@liftrion-usa.com.

Cancellation Policy

Because we prioritize quick processing, cancellations can only be accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • If your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, we will cancel and issue a full refund.

  • If your order has already shipped, you may still return it once it arrives.
