Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the progress directly on our tracking page.
If you did not receive a tracking number or if it doesnt work, please contact us at support@liftrion-usa.com.
Tracking Not Updating?
Delays in tracking updates are common and may be caused by courier backlogs, customs checks, or system lags. If your tracking shows no updates for 25 days, we will consider the package lost in transit and arrange a replacement.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you havent received it:

Check around your property, lobby, or mailroom.

Ask neighbors or building staff.

Contact your local couriers office directly with your tracking number.
If you purchased Insured Priority Shipping, lost or stolen packages are covered and we will send a replacement.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Liftrion is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Customs Charges
Depending on your country, additional duties and taxes may apply before your package is released by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
